The two Medals
A "Classic" for the family Giusti. Bodied and thick, the nose gives off delicate hints of sweet, ripe fruit that are intertwined with notes of licorice and black pepper. The taste confirms a delicious balance of flavors and extreme versatility.
Ingredients: cooked grape must, vinegar aged.
Ageing: in oak barrels and barrels with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar already collected from set of barrels secular.
Serve with: first courses of fish and white meats. Seafood soups and sweet and sour sauces for meat fillets. Revenue of cheeses and meats in aperitif.
The three Medals
Dedicated to the ancestor who invented the recipe, it comes from grapes and sweet raisins. Aromas and flavors of plum jam and red fruit are interwoven with hints of honey and vanilla, in a wraparound density and sweetness that make it so loved.
