Ageing In the most ancient series of casks of the family, made of different wooden varieties and dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries.
Characterized by a large aromatic bouquet and an unmistakable sweet and sour taste, it has intense woody and ripe fruit notes.
Ideal on risotto, fresh pasta, vegetable soups, eggs, fresh and matured cheeses, white and red meats, fresh fruit salad and desserts.
