The small shop where the activity of the Antica Pasticceria San Biagio takes place is located in the heart of the city of Modena. At the beginning of the century it was managed by the Allegretti family who successfully managed the business for about 40 years. To date the shop is structured as in the early 1900s and Gianpiero Ronchi, grandson of Cav. Barbieri, together with his wife and children, continues the long family tradition of marketing these delicacies.
