Created to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the Giusti family. It 'a vinegar reminiscent aromas typical of ripe fruit that accompany notes of tobacco, coffee and hints of toasted wood created by the long aging. The taste is rich and soft in the mouth intense and spicy.

This vinegar is aged in barrels batteries ancient dating back to 1800 and is levied a limited amount only once a year.
