Cantine Ceci "Nero di Lambrusco"

Considered the masterpiece of Cantine Ceci. Harvested at the beginning of October, macerated on the skins at a low temperature of 5-7giorni. Extraordinary violet-red color and full enveloping bouquet of strawberries, blackberries and raspberries with marked hints of wood. Good tannins softened by the important residual sugar.

It goes to a wedding with all the excellence of the "Parmigiana" cuisine  and beyond.
